Installation triple play


Twice we had scheduled the installation of FIOS triple play. The first time, I waited and no one showed. It took me about 3 hours on the phone to determine that we had been cancelled because "the community hadn't given permission to dig" (a total lie). We rescheduled and were assured by at least 5 people that installation would occur as scheduled. Late in the afternoon before we received an email rescheduling our installation for 2 weeks in the future. This time it took about 2 hours to determine that "the fiberoptic cables had been pulled out when we switched to another provider." I've now lost about 2 1/2 days to this issue. Why would I try for a third time?
